With a core staff of experienced marketing professionals, Eloqua certified consultants, and a well respected track record for delivering marketing automation implementations, our goal is to enable sales and marketing teams to achieve their demand generation and customer marketing goals using Eloqua and sales force automation systems.

 

Job Description

Relationship One’s Marketing Automation Consultants provide best practice marketing automation direction, implementation assistance, and ongoing operational support for Eloqua and CRM/backend systems. This person will drive the design, implementation, and testing of demand-generation marketing programs, lead-nurturing programs, lead scoring, prospect/customer segmentation, and automated communications programs within the Eloqua platform. The ideal candidate for this position must have deep “hands-on” experience with the Eloqua platform.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years "hands-on" work experience using the Eloqua marketing automation platform (including creation of campaigns, segments and assets as well as integration configuration and advanced automation features)
  • Proficiency with marketing automation best practices, lead management and performance reporting
  • Proven training experience including both remote and onsite sessions
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce.com, MS CRM, Siebel On Demand) preferred
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript a plus
  • Eloqua Masters Certification (Eloqua University), Eloqua Level-1 certification and/or SmartStart certification a plus
  • Salesforce.com certification a plus
  • Exceptional proficiency at learning complex software solutions
  • Proficiency with designing solutions based on client needs
  • Exceptional client services and support skills
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and support skills
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, initiative
  • Ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of SaaS/Internet based technologies preferred as well as related technologies such as databases and integration frameworks
  • Post Secondary Education required - University/College degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business/Marketing a plus
  • Willingness to travel 25-30% of the time

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Configure and deploy marketing automation solutions and integrate them with client CRM systems
  • Work with clients to design and execute automated marketing campaigns and programs such as Lead Scoring and Lead Nurturing
  • Perform Demand Generation/Outsourced Marketing tasks on behalf of clients including creation of email/landing page/form templates and configuring CRM integration
  • Assess marketing automation performance and provide recommendations to clients
  • Serve as a Best Practice Consultant and hands-on expert with marketing automation and CRM systems
  • Advise on best practices with regard to marketing automation capabilities, testing, projected results
