Your Job
As part of Trustpilots’s growth, we are seeking a high calibre individual to join our growing international marketing team, to be responsible for our Eloqua Marketing Automation Platform globally. As our new Marketing Automation Manager, you will be part of Trustpilot’s journey to build our CRM capability that is necessary to transform us into a modern marketing organisation.
Reporting to the Global Director of Marketing Operations, Trustpilot’s new Marketing Automation Manager will enable us to accelerate our use of Eloqua, driving sales and marketing effectiveness throughout the funnel. We are looking for a strong technical specialist, capable of taking the technical lead on all marketing automation programs and projects.
More about your role and responsibilities
- Day to day management of the Eloqua platform
- Support marketing managers and cross functional team members to set up, test and launch automated demand generation and lead nurturing campaigns using Eloqua
- Maintain existing interfaces with other systems (e.g. SFDC) and build new interfaces as required
- Identify new opportunities to generate leads through CRM capability improvements
- Develop and execute global strategies to maximize and optimize the database quality
- Work closely with the web team to improve the capturing of information of web visitors’ activities
- System super-user: train and support users of the Marketing Automation platform across the organisation (globally).
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of campaigns and provide guidance and best practices for areas of improvement
- Implementation of activities within defined timescales
- Occasional travel to Denmark and NY
Your Profile
As an ideal candidate you have been working in a similar marketing automation role for 2-5 years with at least 18 months experience using Eloqua.
- Previous exposure to the following is critical:
- Program Builder
- Form creation
- Custom Data objects (Data cards)
- Troubleshooting system integrations
- Previous exposure to the following is advantageous:
- Campaign canvas
- Page tagging
- Set up of Eloqua Apps
- Html, Javascript, CSS
- Eloqua Insight
- Advanced skills using MS Excel and MS Access
- You are highly organised with excellent project management ability and strong attention to detail.
- Clear understanding of the legal implications of handling personal data and the consequences of misuse.
- Experience of managing, analysing and interpreting data.
- You are a team player who is diplomatic, works well with peers as well as an effective communicator.
