I feel your pain. This comes up every time i meet with the sales team to review Engage. I understand the desire to have marketing send larger emails but we encourage our sales team to use it for local market events- lunch and learns, small classroom style learning opps- putting some of the onus on our sales team to send out invites via Engage. Typing in 25 emails in the To: line isn't really a productive use of their time. Nor is having to download a list from SFDC then cut and paste the email addresses into the To: line. But having marketing pull a 25 person list for sales and send the email out for them isn't a productive use of our time.
There are a few things about these Eloqua sales tools that i would recommend- seems maybe like some research $ needs to be put into really making these tools more sales friendly they are certainly expensive enough!
