Thomson Reuters is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to join it’s global marketing team. The Marketing Automation Specialist will drive demand generation strategy, maintain the marketing automation systems infrastructure, lead the deployment of multi-touch campaign lead nurturing campaigns, maintain the integrity of the lead database and develop campaign reporting metrics and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Systems Infrastructure: Responsible for the implementation and management of marketing platforms and systems.
- Lead Database Management: Responsible for the maintenance and data integrity of the lead database. Lead data cleansing initiatives and data synchronization between the website, Eloqua and Salesforce.com. Partner with marketing team coworkers on list acquisition.
- Campaign Management: Responsible for deploying email marketing campaigns that nurture prospects and deliver leads to sales including email template and landing page development, list segmentation and lead scoring, and scheduling email campaigns. Responsible for managing assets and developing templates for emails and landing pages.
- Campaign Reporting: Manage the development of dashboards and closed-loop reporting on demand generation campaigns to track effectiveness, lead pipeline, conversions on marketing campaigns and ROI.
- Process Development: Assists in the development of demand generation processes for a new global product and services organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
- 4+ years experience as an Eloqua administrator including management and execution of multi-touch email nurturing and lead generation campaigns (required)
- Salesforce.com administrator experience preferred
- Experience developing campaign metrics and dashboards
- Knowledge of data capture and hygiene strategies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must
- Experience with segmentation and lead scoring
- Self-starter with the ability to proactively determine recommendations and explain insights in the appropriate methods for internal stakeholders
- Working knowledge of MS Office products and Excel
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a cross-functional team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
