Hi everyone, so this just happened: GREEN / Segments with Form Submits Criteria Impacted / POD 2 Only / RESOLVED
This really critically impacted us because, well, a lot of our campaigns are driven dynamically. This caused a whole bunch of email sends, and we subsequently has to scramble and sent apologies.
This time, the problem was with form submits, but next time it might be something else.
The question to the community:
Ideas on how to set up campaigns where you will not be impacted by a system issue such as the above.
A simplified scenario is I have a nurture track, the segment automatically adds people into the campaign based on various form submits. It's all well and good until the form submit criteria is broken and the system adds a whole bunch of people and sends them the email. Now there are a whole bunch of angry people and confusion.
Is there a way to better set it up to achieve the same goal?
