Difference of Activity types between Bulk API 2.0 and REST API 2.0

Hi Eloqua team,

Bulk API 2.0 supports 9 activity types: EmailOpen, EmailClickthrough, EmailSend, Subscribe, Unsubscribe, Bounceback, WebVisit, PageView and FormSubmit.

REST API 2.0 supports 8 activity types: campaignMembership, emailClickThrough, emailOpen, emailSend, emailSubscribe, emailUnsubscribe, formSubmit and WebVisit.

By comparing, there are 2 newer activity types in Bulk API 2.0 than REST API 2.0: Bounceback, PageView. And campaignMembership is removed from Bulk API 2.0.

Could you please explain the changes in Bulk API 2.0?

Otherwise, name of some activity types is different between Bulk API 2.0 and REST API 2.0. So could you please do a mapping for activity types between Bulk API 2.0 and REST API 2.0?
