Thanks for your response.

Here is what is happening.

There are two check boxes with values of RSVP Lunch, Free Pass Giveaway.

If they check just Box 1, RSVP Lunch, they are receiving the email based on Condition Selection Exactly = RSVP Lunch

If they check just Box 2, Free Pass Giveaway, they are receiving the email based on Condition Selection Exactly = Free Pass Giveaway

For the case in which they check both boxes I have tried setting it up two different ways:

1. With two conditions as above

2. With one condition as follows: Condition Selection Exactly = RSVP Lunch, Free Pass Giveaway

Either way, they do not receive the confirmation email when they check both boxes.
