Also interested in this. I took over an E10 instance about 6 months ago and I have new team members starting soon. So far what I did was
- Move all old things to an archive folder
- Make new folder structure
- Delete anything that does not follow best practice (i.e. segments with filters that go against best practice)
- Created an Eloqua guide with my best practice tips and tricks
- Created a naming convention
But I am sure there is more I can do as we start having 3 users in the tool....
