For 2.1, is the CSS a referenced file? If yes, is it hosted on http or https?

For 2.2, I have had customers with similar challenges. What's worked well for them is to use the Form Population Cloud Component on the secondary, tertiary, etc. forms. The Form Population cloud component allows you to populate visible and hidden form fields (e.g. based on their visitor profile, the email address of the person that just submitted form 1 AND/OR the unique ID of the CDO record that you need to update if its different than the email address).
