I was referring to the Eloqua API being enabled for your instance of Eloqua, not Twitter. The Eloqua API is not enabled by default, it must be turned on (this is independent of the role itself).

I'm not sure if this is mac specific, but I'm able to highlight the tables in the mapping view and paste the tables into Excel quite easily. Hope that helps.
