have you check your contact record? what is the field being used to merge the information .. check that field and see what is in that ... if it says "your company", "your company" will be merged

yea.. since it says "your company" in the company field ,that is what it will merge... if you edit that to say "xyz" and test send the email to yourself again and click the link - you will see xyz now
