We've recently been having a few small issues because of our processes changing between E9 and E10.
So I ask of you fellow Topliners: How do you keep track of what stakeholders request of you? Is it SmartSheet? Excel? A hammer, chisel and stone tablet?
The main problem is we just feel like information provided by stakeholders has been somewhat lacking, which leads us to err on our part.
Do you have a checkbox for Dynamic Content somewhere? Do you make it another color in your request? Do you provide them a template to build on? What are some weird little things that you've noticed?
What's your process, and if it's awesome... can I copy it?!
