Position Description:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will partner with the Vice President of Marketing & Lead Content Marketer to develop and execute compelling campaigns for email marketing and social media; improve website engagement and SEO strategies; and mature our sales enablement techniques. We'll be looking to you to:
- Digest our brand essence and develop cool online programs to promote it
- Improve inbound and outbound lead generation initiatives
- Bring fresh ideas and fun energy to our rad marketing and sales teams

This position requires superb multi-tasking, organization, and relationship skills in order to support the full spectrum of marketing operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a digital lead gen strategy that takes existing and new channels into account: from email marketing, social media, SEO, websites, landing pages and videos to events, PPC, and promotional initiatives that illuminate our brand.
- Develop sales enablement processes, procedures and best practices. Work with sales reps to improve prospect targeting, pipeline activities, and conversions.
- Serve as lead marketing team member on the redesign of our corporate website, providing ideas to improve design, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Use analytics and reporting savvy to inform/direct decisions around email marketing campaigns that will impact revenue. Summarize results and findings to management team.
- Build brand and name recognition through all digital channels.
- Direct social media, SEO, and SEM strategies for the marketing team.
- Collaborate with leaders across the company's eight offices to drive digital campaign adoption and participation. Develop and run training programs as needed.
Qualifications:

- Amazing multi-tasker with proven project management and organizational skills
- 4-5+ years of related experience
Technical Background:
- Marketing automation systems (Eloqua, preferred)
- Content Management Systems (Open Source or COTS)
- CRM (Salesforce.com or similar)
- Social Media Platforms (HootSuite, Twitter, LinkedIn, FB, Google+, at a minimum)
- Adobe Creative Suite familiarity (InDesign, PhotoShop)
- Google Analytics or other web reporting system
- Google AdWords
- MS Office
