You might look at some of the research from insidesales.com.They have lots of information. I found one of their presos on slideshare at http://www.slideshare.net/MikeCataldo/insidesalescom-overview Slide 13 has some specific metrics. There are lots of others on the main site. Please post what you find that stands out.
