Re: CRM Integration: How does eloqua handle duplicate CRM contacts or leads?

I heard a rumor (so don't quote me on this) that Eloqua may be using a unique ID as opposed to the email address as their unique identifier to avoid these duplication problems. Maybe someone from Eloqua could speak on that.
