Hammad Shah What is the intended outcome of the comments being submitted? Are you wanting to capture them in a form within Eloqua? You could include a very simple form (ie, just a text box) on your website to capture such comments. You would want to be sure you are also capturing the person's name or email so it can be associated with their contact record.
