Sophia Willems Were you ever able to resolve this issue?  Could you specify the following:

  • Name and exact version number of the browser that you are using (for example, Firefox 25.0.1)
  • Add-ons or extensions installed in your browser
  • Operating system

My guess is that there is an add-on or extension installed in your browser that is conflicting with Eloqua.  I have seen this not too long ago with Firefox on someone else's machine, and by disabling all add-ons, then adding them back one by one, we were able to determine that it was an add-on called Buffer that was the culprit.  Try starting your browser in safe mode (all add-ons disabled) and see if that works, then try adding them back one by one to find the one that is causing the issue.

P.S. The issue for this person did not occur when using Google Chrome, and that is how we knew it was Firefox-specific (on his machine, at least).
