I have always used program builder with custom fields for scoring and syncing to SFDC. I have started using E10 "out of the box" lead scoring and have 2 questions related:
1) The "standard" fields available on contacts for scoring don't appear to hold any values, when we run contact lists/reports or sync them to SFDC they are blank, Is there a doc that I have missed in deploying scoring that will walk through the appropriate steps to sync scores in to SFDC and run detailed (not summary) reports?.
2) Because I can't see the data in question #1, I am struggling to normalize the scoring into the specific tiers I want, for example:
I have a really high percentage in D4 and need to start tweaking the model to distribute to the pattern above.
By way of additional notes: I have already adjusted settings for the scoring model to match those above. The implicit score for the time being will be heavy 4 because we are not driving a lot of activity yet. My main goal is to get a 10/20/30/40 percentage in the explicit rank distribution, but I am struggling evaluating the data to compare to the scoring model to make adjustments.
