In case not everyone is aware, I wanted to bring a possible issue to your attention. As you likely know, when creating a form you must now manually select the key mapping field in order for your forms to work properly. However, we have also started to notice that many of our existing forms (some active) lost their key mapping fields in the latest release. Although the fields were mapped correctly at the time of activation (email to email), they somehow got unmapped during the latest release. We've had to run a forms audit to ensure all forms are working correctly. If you have noticed that your forms are not working properly, this could be the culprit.
