Has anyone succesfully created a landingpage with a picture that will turn up on linkedin, if you share the URL of the landing page on Linkedin?
Whatever I do, I can't get Linkedin to pull any picture from my landingpages.
Using opengraph metatags would be the easy way. But that kind of metatags are not allowed.
Eloqua Support says that opengraph is not whitelisted. They have noted it as a feature request.
Meanwhile ...
I can set the sharing heading and description with:
<title>Ccc</title>
<meta name="description" content="Ccc" />
But regarding the sharing picture we have to rely on Linkedins ability to pull it from the landing page.
I have tried different sizes, positions, formats and everything. (When testing sharing, change the URL each time, because Linkedin caches the sharing details and only reloads if it is a new URL)
Do you have a suggestion, or a landing page where it actually works?
