Thank you for the insight below. The wait step I had included in my canvas had not had a set time yet (just a placeholder) , so I do understand that contacts would not have adequate time to make a submission if this is left as is. Sorry for the confusion there.
As far as your advice goes, I would love to see a screenshot of an optimal setup if I were to:
a) Not include a reminder email
And
b) Decide to include a reminder email if a contact took no action
This would help me greatly to ensure I’m on the right track.
Also, the campaign has just changed slightly, so a contact can only submit one nomination for themselves, so there will not be multiple submissions and we are capturing that contact email address once.
