PRIMARY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
Within the scope of this position, work to support our Corporate Goals, Mission and Core values. This individual will manage the administration of Eloqua marketing automation tool as well as analysis for all associated marketing campaigns. It is critically important this person understands how to apply technology to support business processes, marketing functions and campaign workflows.
- Supports the department with integrated marketing communications campaign strategy and execution
- Administer Eloqua and deliver marketing automation programs that inform customers, nurture prospects, and deliver leads to sales
- Understand related applications and how to apply them where needed
- Develop contact data quality enrichment and nurturing programs to improve segmentation
- Analyze lead delivery results, measure success, and mature the lead generation process to optimize marketing and sales alignment
- Analyze monthly website and blog data including SEO data
- Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly campaign reports with analysis to Senior Marketing Manager and VP, Corporate Marketing and Communications
- Deliver creative marketing automaton strategy, improve marketing operations efficiency, and drive improved tactical email marketing solutions
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND TASKS
- Marketing Automation
- Assist with execution of email campaigns, campaign landing pages, forms and automated campaigns, including managing email production, asset management, test design, QA/QC, and reporting
- Streamline workflow and creative production processes in conjunction with our production and design marketing team
- Contribute to our campaign continuous optimization efforts, including helping analyzing campaign results and tests, gleaning insights from the results and actively contributing new ideas for future tests and program enhancements
- Implement process automation, including trigger based campaigns, auto-responders, lead scoring and nurture programs.
- Ensure compliance with global anti-spam laws, and promote best practices for permission management and unsubscribe management.
- Reporting: Reports and Dashboards to support user needs (Sales, Marketing, Product Management) and train users to modify these as necessary to meet their changing needs.
- Data Quality: Develop processes to proactively monitor and steward data to ensure it is accurate and reliable. Source and manage resources to improve data quality when necessary.
- Website Analysis: Provide detailed monthly analysis for corporate website and corporate blog sites. Experience with SEO is a plus.

- Each spring, Transplace hosts its annual Shipper Symposium. The entire Corporate Communications team is involved in all aspects of the planning and execution of the event.
