We have a daily email that goes out to our customers. Recently we have been receiving reports from customers that they are receiving some of the emails but not all. I can see in Eloqua that they emails are being set so the issue must be with the customer's inbox.
We have asked the customer to check the spam/junk folder as well as add our sending domain to their contact list.
Has anyone else run into a similar problem and if so, how did you solve for it?
