Hi Bryan,
Pull the Insight report again and where it is displaying 304 form submissions, you should be able to click on 304 and it will open a new page. On that new page, make sure you have the email address selected on the left hand side and click on Run Report at the bottom of the page, on the left hand side. This will show you the email addresses of the people that submitted a form. Take one email address and then go into Contacts -> Contacts and search for that email address. From there, click on Activity Log and it should show you form submissions. You can also select that from the drop down menu.
