Hi - We have the following objective and possible solution but aren't sure if the logic is correct or if it is working accurately in the lead scoring engine. Appreciate any thoughts or other ideas! Thanks.
Objective:
- Increment the lead score for each additional form submission
- Degrade score based on time elapsed since form submissions
Problem:
- Using "submitted any form at least 1 time" gives same points to contacts who submitted 1 form or 5
Possible Solution:
Create 3 separate "Submitted Form" criteria, each with 3 rules.
1st criteria - Submitted Form - 10% of score:
- If contact submitted any form in or under folder "Nurture-DGES" exactly 1 time within the last 20 days give 100% of available score
- If contact submitted any form in or under folder "Nurture-DGES" exactly 1 time within the last 40 days give 50% of available score
- If contact submitted any form in or under folder "Nurture-DGES" exactly 1 time within the last 60 days give 25% of available score
2nd criteria - Submitted Form - 15% of score:
- If contact submitted any form in or under folder "Nurture-DGES" exactly 2 times within the last 20 days give 100% of available score
- If contact submitted any form in or under folder "Nurture-DGES" exactly 2 times within the last 40 days give 50% of available score
- If contact submitted any form in or under folder "Nurture-DGES" exactly 2 times within the last 60 days give 25% of available score
3rd criteria - Submitted Form - 20% of score:
- If contact submitted any form in or under folder "Nurture-DGES" at least 3 times within the last 20 days give 100% of available score
- If contact submitted any form in or under folder "Nurture-DGES" at least 3 times within the last 40 days give 50% of available score
- If contact submitted any form in or under folder "Nurture-DGES" at least 3 times within the last 60 days give 25% of available score
