I have an auto sync filter question that one of you may be able to help with!
Right now we have a "Get Contacts" Auto Synch and these are the filters on the auto synch:
A new field was created and populated in our SFDC instance yesterday. About 40K contacts were updated with the new value. I added the field to the auto synch and expected that it all would synch over to Eloqua within the last 24 hours. Instead of a similar number of contacts with the new value in Eloqua (of course, accounting for blank email addresses in our CRM and our do not synch parameter), only 550 contacts have been updated in Eloqua.
Does anyone have a theory as to why? Does it have to do with the last modified date filter? One thing I noticed is that the contacts in Eloqua that were updated have a last modified date in SFDC of yesterday 12/8. But even then, there are almost 1,000 contacts in SFDC with a last modified date of 12/8 and only 550 in Eloqua were updated....
Thoughts? Ideas? Thanks everyone!
