I always try to keep my browser updated so it is only supported but not certified.
I definitely don not have the time to open a service request each time I get such an error which is at least once or twice a day.
The MOS answer is not satisfying at all, at least from my point of view. If the latest browser version of FireFox is not certified, Eloqua should make sure that the application runs smoothly anyway!
I totally agree with you Helena. There is plenty of great stuff in E10 but from a stability perspective E9 was clearly more reliable.
