Eytan Abrahams will definitely be (is always) a great resource for Eloqua questions.
A couple resources I would suggest if I may:
(1) The Eloqua Inspector app which allows you to inspect/export data about certain objects in Eloqua (e.g. Contact Fields, Emails, Forms, Landing Pages) that you can't necessarily see via the the user interface.
(2) Eloqua Maintenance (Not Just For Dummies) - Relationship One
