The Marketing Campaigns Manager is part of the Shutterstock Premier Marketing team and is responsible for marketing campaign production and execution within Eloqua, and ensuring that sales and marketing processes support the practical and efficient delivery of Shutterstock Premier’s sales and marketing objectives.

The function is responsible for: Designing, launching and tracking campaigns tailored to markets and personas; Managing the development and implementation of global sales and marketing standards for processes and reporting; Ensuring that sales and marketing processes are efficient and practical and support the execution of local sales efforts; Ensuring that global standards and policies are maintained and that key metrics and KPIs are reported accurately and consistently.

Job Description:

  • Lead the strategy, execution and implementation of marketing automation into Shutterstock’s enterprise sales unit
  • Develop collaborative programs that help find new leads, cross-sell, and nurture existing accounts within the enterprise business segment
    • Create, test and execute region-specific emails, forms, reports and landing pages via Eloqua; work closely and build strong relationships with Premier Marketing Manager and Premier sales team to maximize effectiveness of marketing automation, develop and implement campaigns, and drive increased revenue
    • Design and execute multivariate testing on emails and landing pages to continually maximize performance/ROI
  • Report on campaign success through SFDC; Work with support teams to build and collect necessary data tables for marketing automation use and analytics/reporting; Ensure that sales and marketing systems are integrated to track campaign conversions through revenue attribution
  • With Sales Operations Manager, define, implement and manage global response processes including activity definition, activity prioritization, definition of response rules, and lead-scoring/re-scoring
  • Develop reporting frameworks for clear communication with sales and marketing leaders on a global level to share performance trends
  • Drive process adoption as an outcome by ensuring that processes are integrated into the sales and marketing workflow and that the workflow benefits from the delivery of useful assets as contacts, leads, and opportunities advance through the system
  • Work closely with local sales and marketing teams to ensure that processes are well understood and that input data is consistent and accurate
  • Work with global sales and marketing leaders to define key sales and marketing metrics and KPIs and to establish and agree on enterprise-wide sales and marketing policies and practices for the consistent and accurate delivery of global metrics and KPIs
  • Ensure that all policies and practices impacting global sales teams are effective and efficient
  • Ensure that global sales and marketing teams have a strong understanding of and commitment to the policies and practices required for closed-loop-reporting
  • With Premier Marketing Manager, work with local sales teams on the creation and management of campaigns to ensure effective data capture and reporting


Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree and relevant work experience
  • 5+ years of solid experience in sales and marketing operations
  • Technical expertise with 3+ years of experience in building sales and marketing processes within SFDC, Eloqua, Marketo and/or other enterprise sales and marketing systems
  • Knowledge of best practices for email and landing page design
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel and HTML
  • Strong background in data mining and analysis
  • Proven track record in measuring, monitoring and reporting sales and marketing performance metrics
  • Strong expertise in developing and implementing closed-loop-reporting processes
  • Proven ability to work effectively with senior management, large global sales teams and key business stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills; Highly analytical with ability to communicate complex concepts in a way that is easy for non-technical stakeholders to understand
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with the proven ability to manage multiple projects and juggle competing priorities and deadlines
  • Works well under tight deadlines and a constantly changing high-growth environment
  • Great sense of humor and strong work ethic
  • Self-motivated and accountable
