The Marketing Operations Specialist has the potential for great personal growth in this fast-paced, growing and award-winning organization. As a key member of a large marketing team, the marketing operations specialist reports to the marketing manager, has responsibility for marketing operations for all sales divisions as well as responsibility for multi-division campaign operations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Execute lead generation & user communication programs: collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute lead generation and lead nurturing programs, as well as programs to manage communication with our large user base.
• Evaluate and evolve the current lead scoring model, as required.
• Marketing systems infrastructure: responsible for the day‐to‐day operation of Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and consistency with brand guidelines.
• Sales funnel data and quality management: responsible for maintaining the lead list and data integrity in MAP and CRM. Work closely with marketing in procuring and importing high quality data, and ensure optimum use of segmentation.
• Process design, documentation and optimization: document existing processes and implement improvements to enhance marketing productivity and scalability.
• Reporting and measurement: complete dashboards and reports to measure marketing performance and contribution to pipeline. Test and monitor campaigns to optimize performance.
• Stakeholder management: manage operational requests and troubleshoot issues, working with users across the marketing team. Manage vendor relations as needed.
Experience:
• 4-year degree plus a minimum of two years of marketing experience
• Proven experience with marketing campaign execution
• Demonstrated proficiency in data management and reporting
• Interpersonal skills - ability to work as a member of a large team
• Information technology/software experience a plus
