I would like to map the Country field to the Region field, so when a contact is created with a selected Country (i.e. USA) then the Region field will automatically get populated with the appropriate region (i.e. NAM). Based on the other posts that I have found, this can be accomplish using a Lookup Table, Update Rule and the Program Builder, am I correct? I was wondering if somebody can walk me through this process.
The part that I am confused about is what to set for the Lookup Value Column and the Replacement Value Column when creating the lookup table. If I am not mistaken, the Lookup Value Column is the field that will get overwritten and the Replacement Value Column is the field with the values that will be replacing the Lookup Column values. The lookup value column should therefore be set to Region then correct? However, that means the Replacement Column should also be set to Region then, but it does not allow the same field for both Lookup and Replacement columns.
If somebody could please guide me through this process I would greatly appreciate it.
