I have to agree with Rob. It's definitely something else that is causing your email to be flagged as spam. Are you using a private IP address or are you using the shared IP addresses that Eloqua provides? If you have your own IP addresses that you are sending to you shouldn't have this issue if you properly warmed up your IP addresses. I know in the past that I've seen the shared IP addresses get caught for my emails that I send to my colleagues at work. I just inform IT about the issue and they correct it. Companies use all sorts of firewalls to make it more challenging to get emails to your contacts including having a limit as to how many people can receive an email from a particular company.
