Job Description:
The Global Demand Generation Manager is responsible for the creation and management of global demand generation programs that drive high quality leads for the company. This is a strategic role for the company that directly impacts revenue targets and requires tight coordination with various functional groups.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop integrated domestic and global programs that create high quality leads within the VMware user community, including asset hosting, webinars, list purchases, and other campaigns.
- Handle negotiations with 3rd parties to develop optimal campaigns with best ROI
- Manage program timelines, including creation and delivery of content
- Work with sales team to ensure prompt follow up on leads with accurate messaging
- Deliver business reviews on demand generation program results, measuring program success, ROI, and key reporting metrics via SFDC and Eloqua
- Manage program budgets
Requirements:
- 6+ years of demand generation marketing experience, preferably within the VMware virtualization community
- Attention to detail and analytics
- Strong organizational and negotiating skills
- Proven ability to execute in a startup environment
- SalesForce and Eloqua experience a plus
- Experience with media planning and monitoring (in B2B software space)
