The Senior Demand Generation Manager will partner and collaborate with the Advent Marketing team to plan and execute impactful lead generation campaigns. This includes setting campaign goals and metrics, selecting target and reach methods, utilizing and/or developing the best offers and campaigns to clients/prospects, and reporting on the program’s success. This position requires a mix of skills including a creative flair, strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple campaigns and projects. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a deep understanding of lead generation, performance marketing, the end-to-end marketing funnel, sales pipeline, B2B sales, landing page optimization, analytics and testing. We are looking for someone that can tell the story of the Advent brand while engaging current and future clients.

What you get to do
- Manage demand generation strategies, plans, and deliverables to meet Advent’s awareness and lead goals in key market segments on time and on budget
- Work collaboratively and proactively with partners (email, events, social, website, and solution marketing teams) to get timely and compelling materials to feed lead generation programs and activities
- Oversee demand generation budget
- Work closely with sales and sales operations teams to ensure leads are correctly routed and followed up on in a timely manner
- Produce campaign recap summaries (webinar registration breakdown, email campaign metrics, net new leads, etc.)
- Identify and initiate new campaigns (events, email campaigns, lead nurturing programs, etc.) and new opportunities for existing campaigns based on analysis of past performance
- Implement testing methodologies (A/B) to continually improve overall initiatives
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure outbound marketing is done according to strategy, efficiently, and effectively
- Design, develop and optimize campaign and lead management processes
- Own the systems and internal processes related to Salesforce and Eloqua, including data and reporting
- Create and manage marketing programs that generate, nurture, and convert leads across direct mail/email, webinar, social media, case studies/customer references, landing pages and SEM
- Develop reporting that provides visibility into campaign effectiveness across the full funnel using results and KPIs, to highlighting successes, trends and opportunities to enhance and improve effectiveness
What you need to do it
- Experience managing staff
- 5+ years’ experience designing and executing effective lead generation programs
- Experience in B2B software
- Financial experience a plus
- Experience in business development
- Experience with marketing automation systems like Eloqua, etc.
- Experience with Salesforce
- Attention to detail and analytics
- Experience in audience segmentation and personas to map content
- Commitment to quality, accuracy, and consistency including adherence to brand standards
- Experience in development of marketing plans tied to objectives
- Budget and program management skills
- Ability to effectively define and communicate issues and opportunities at all levels of the organization
