Hi,

 

anything new about the benchmark dashboard?

My customers wants to know for example, why % Active of Reachable Contacts Actual is 15.3 % (16,09% in the database health dashboard), but how can Index Mean be 2445.5 %?

Also if Unique Click-Through Rate Actual is 1.5 % and Index Mean is 2.1 %, why does the black bar strech almost to best-in-class?

Shouldn't it be below the average?

Nobody in our organization understands this report.

When asked, we are just informing our customers to ignore it, which understandably dilutes the trustworthiness of all Insight reports.
