Adopted your suggestion and everything worked, thanks! Only suggestion I have is to provide more actionable error messages is possible. In this case

1. I don't think the Bulk API Docs fully describe what date formats are to be expected in various inputs and outputs, and it seems to not be uniform. For example, createdAt and updateAt both seem to be returning ISO 8601, including fractional seconds?
2. The ELQ-00107 reported in the logs doesn't give me any information about what might be the problem. Even 'filter failed to parse' would be helpful.
