I set up a scoring model where obviously prospects have to reach a certain threshold to get to a "1" engagement score. I've noticed on 3 different occasions now that prospects are getting scored as a "1" - but when I look into their activity log, they haven't even come close to the activity required in the model. They need at least 50 points to be a 1, and these people have 7 points, 30 points, no points at all in one case??
Is there a possibility that IP addresses get mixed up or activity gets lost somewhere along the way and is not recorded in the activity log? Has this happened to anyone else? Don't want to these under-qualified leads delivered to my sales team :/
