Thanks Greg Wilson for the detailed reply :-) Yes, Responsys is a bit ambiguous when it comes to 'tracking' features. I did find a 'contract profile' screen shot of Responsys, it has some interaction related parameters. These, I am guessing can be populated, either automatically or via a data load. Segmentation can then happen on these.
