Can you make manual updates to CLR?

Hi there!

 

We are just starting to use our closed-loop reporting in Eloqua. What I've found starting out is that we will have opportunity association that isn't entirely accurate and need to associate it to a different campaign.

 

Example 1: An opportunity gets credit to the first touch for a contact, but talking to sales, it really came from a different email campaign at a later date.

Example 2: Sometimes we have email campaigns that might be about an event and aren't really focused on lead gen. They shouldn't necessarily get credit for some opportunities.

 

In SFDC I can easily associate an opportunity to a different campaign if I find an error, but the SFDC campaign (created by Eloqua) cannot push that information back to Eloqua apparently. Is there any way to do this on the Eloqua side?
