Thanks for your reply...yes, this is for a single contact, but we have a batch that it's happening to.
It makes sense that any unsubscribes link back to the initial contact, but what's confusing is that the system will resubscribe them, without us having any additional interaction (i.e. we're not sending out an additional email). I'll probably have to jump on the phone with support to see what's going on, since it's running subscribes/unsubscribes multiple times per day for a group of contacts.
