Eloqua has been performing slow for past two days. Very frustrated. Autosynchs have been timing out, uploads are queued by 12+ hours, emails are delayed, program builder is slow. Checked system status and don't see anything relevant.
- I'm not in EMEA or APAC and was not part of GREEN / Application inaccessible / EU and APAC Customers Affected / RESOLVED
- I'm not part pod 3 so was not impacted by Advisory: Summer '14 Release - SP1 - Sunday, July 6th, 2014 / Pod 3 / SUCCESSFULLY CONCLUDED
My company does have premier support but we had to call our rep (who I really like btw) to get a status and heard that ALL customers are impacted due to an "internet issue" by their ISP causing delays in entire system affecting all pods and that Eloqua is currently running at half capacity.
This should be posted to system status or setup another process where we get proactively emailed by support with this. We've followed the direction by support to follow the system status page and I am personally finding it disappointing that I don't see relevant system issues there (this isn't the first time).
Eloqua Support: what's going on? Please provide relevant updates to the system status page. Would also like an ETA on when this issue will be resolved. We need you to be more proactive when there's issues affecting all customers.
