Perhaps I'm not thinking of another solution here but hopefully I can get some ideas.
I'm working on setting up our master exclude list to keep out any Canada contacts that have not subscribed to any email groups. The problem is that my filter gives me an option for "subscribed to groups" and "unsubscribed from groups". I'm looking for "not subscribed to groups" as an option but don't have it. Basically, I want to segment all of the no status contacts in Canada to add them to our master exclude list.
When I create my segments it's not a big deal since I can set the filter to exclude, but I don't see that option in a shared filter.
Thoughts?
