Hey Rob Sommers Did you map the contacts email address to the CDO? I usually do this as a best practice so when I need to search I can do so by choosing the correct CDO set and then using the search function to find their email. If you did not map their email, did you do their name or company or anything else that would be unique to this contact?
I wish we could see all the CDOs a contact is part of by visiting the contact record like we could in E9.
