I've been monitoring this thread, and have some updates of my own to share.
Deleting templates in Engage:
I am both the creator, administrator and sales person in one, so my credentials for editing are in order.
The problem is that even if I delete the template from within Engage, the file is still visible and functional.
Having refreshed the page, deleted cash and even loged out and back in, the template is still there.
Found out that the email was used in an draft campaign, but was given no indication in Engage of what campaign and why I could not delete it.
It would be nice to be noted when you are deleting a Engage template if this email is used ellswhare in Eloqua and the steps needed to deleted are shown.
Regarding the issue of typo there are some painful workarounds.
Writhe your text in word.Check for spelling
Copy to Note editor.
Copy from Note back into Eloqua email or directly to Engage.
Would be nice to have a use of a spelling directory within Eloqua and Engage - hope that comes in the summer release.
Wish #2:
To have a template, where if needed, the hight of the textbox automatic will adjust the hight of the mail format..
To day the sales rep are limited to the size and hight of the mail made by the creator of the mail.
