Thanks for the response. Yes, we use Eloqua as the campaign master as well (all campaigns are created only in Eloqua) and all campaign costs are tracked in Eloqua in USD. Our issue is that when bringing in opportunity value from Salesforce, as you mentioned, Salesforce doesn't store that converted $ amount anywhere, so there is no converted field to sync back to Eloqua for CLR. All opportunity values coming into Eloqua now are in their native currency, and Eloqua counts them as USD, so CLR is way off.
I'll let you know if we get anywhere with this.
