Manager, Digital Marketing - Focus Web

 

New York, NY

 

Overview

The Manager, Digital Marketing – Focus Web is responsible for the hands-on management of Intralinks’ corporate website through our content management system including day-to-day updates of content and graphics as well as conducting regular A/B testing to improve the performance of our web properties. This role is also responsible for using website analytics tools such as Google Analytics in order to get the most out of our digital assets.

 

About the Team

This position will report to the Director, Digital Marketing – Focus Web and works collaborates closely with the individuals of the digital online team and also our marketing communications and line of business centric field marketing teams.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage website content changes using our Content Management System based on input of our line of business focused field marketing teams
  • Implement and deploy effective landing pages through Eloqua or standalone HTML pages to support lead generation and thought leadership programs
  • Identify opportunities for optimization on sites that increase conversion and/or drive revenue
  • Define, deploy, and measure various A/B and multivariate tests to inform optimization projects
  • Produce reporting on qualitative and quantitative metrics of overall performance of our web properties and provide monthly and quarterly web analytics reports using Google Analytics and other tools

 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in digital marketing with an emphasis on organizing and managing website content, web analytics and landing pages
  • Experience and strong understanding of content management systems such as Drupal, web publishing tools and technologies; Salesforce and website chat technology knowledge is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of web analytics and reporting tools (specifically Google Analytics)
  • Solid working knowledge of HTML, Javascript and CSS
  • Understanding of Marketing Automation Tools such as Eloqua
  • Desire to tackle challenging and diverse tasks; strong organizational skills, work ethic and attention to detail, superior professionalism, resourcefulness and judgment
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • BA/BS or 3+ years related work experience
  • Advanced knowledge of basic HTML, Javascript, CSS
