   Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Effectively Program Manage multiple clients with various demand generation projects
  • Manage project budgets, profitability, and timelines, keeping things on budget and on time
  • Manage marketing automation, data optimization, and / or CRM projects ranging from ongoing managed services engagements to large, complex, custom fixed-cost projects
  • Take out job codes; create tickets to assign tasks to technical resources; complete individual throughput
    reporting; complete staff requirements forecasting
  • Keep team morale high while meeting each projects’ profitability goals
  • Ensure professional management standards are adhered to and assist HR and direct managers with
    performance evaluations and problem employees
  • Follow best practices in Program Management
  • Create status reports for clients weekly, keeping client up to date on timelines and
    hours consumption
  • Schedule and lead weekly or bi-weekly status calls with clients QA and test deliverables; work with client teams to test and QA deliverables
  • Manage all client communications, control client expectations, ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Work with Technology Services Manager and Solution Architects to build implementation and
         staffing plans and timelines for larger projects
  • Help scope out new projects with business development and /or solution architects and help business
         development close business with new and existing clients
  • Make recommendations to clients on best practices in marketing data management
  • Work as a member of a team of managers, collaborating on resource balancing and standing in for other
    managers while on vacation or out sick, etc.

 

Functional
requirements:

 

        • 3 - 5 years with Eloqua
          Marketing Automation or other marketing automation solution
        • 2 - 4 years technical project management
          experience in the technology services industry running demand generation, data
          or software development projects
        • Experience managing DBA’s, web
          developers, and other technical resources a plus
        • Experience with Salesforce or
          other CRM technology a plus
        • Strong understanding of B2B
          marketing best practices
        • Strong communication and
          interpersonal skills
        • Client management experience in
          an agency setting a plus
        • Excellent attention to detail
          and organizational skills
        • Excellent leadership skills,
          able to support the team when under pressure
        • Flexible attitude and team
          player
