Segment with contacts not to be sent emails

Hi everybody,

first of all: I'm new here. I used the search options but did not find any answers for the following:

I use a segment for normal distribution. Now I got a Excel file with email adresses they shoould not recieve emails from a certain campaign. To import this list into Eloqua 10 is not the problem. But how can I use this new segnemt to exclud the email adresses from receiving email from this certain campaign?
