Kristin Farwell We have since done several iterations of our process and we are now moving more towards a kanban process where work is continual and we have no defined sprints. We felt this was easier for a marketing department because of the nature of our work. It is kind of like a scum-ban now. Daily stand ups are a critical part of what we do but we got rid of our iteration planning in lieu of a constant flow of work.
