I am finally trying to get our closed loop reporting figured out. When we activate a campaign that campaign is getting created in SFDC no problem. But contacts are not being associated with those campaigns in SFDC. This is the error message we are getting:
Attempted to add a campaign member where either the member id 0036000000nuyUJ or the campaign id null is null
From this is appears the Campaign ID is blank in Eloqua? And when I look at the Campaign settings the CRM Campaign ID is blank. If so what do I need to do to have the SFDC ID field updated in Eloqua when the campaign is created? We had Eloqua set this up a few months back and I am just now digging into it.
Please help.
